is fugitive glue? A.K.A. booger glue?
ANSWER: We have many options that
will result in a removable bond. Depending on the substrates
this can be done with bulk hot melt, EZ Stick, 3M Gummy glue
sticks or liquid glues.
What
is your minimum order?
ANSWER: Minimum order is $100.00,
exceptions are spare parts.
How
can I become a distributor?

Are
your products FDA approved?
ANSWER: Most of our products are
approved for indirect food contact. In addition we have a
few products that are approved for direct food contact as
well as having kosher approval.
Do
you carry glue for padding papers together?
ANSWER: Yes, we have both hot melt
and liquid glues that can be used for padding. Visit the adhesive
section on our web site.
Do
you carry a glue stick like I buy at my craft store?
ANSWER: Our shortest stick is 8
inches long, the standard diameter is _".
What
kinds of applicators do you carry?
ANSWER: From manual to automatic

Do
you take credit cards? Which ones?
ANSWER: Yes, MasterCard, Visa and
American Express
How
quick is your turn around from when I place my order?
ANSWER: Most orders received by
noon and ship the same day. Custom manufacturing and product
changes will add to the lead time.
How
do you ship your products?
ANSWER: However you prefer, FedEx,
UPS, Messenger and truck
How
do I open an account with your company?
ANSWER: Submit a credit application
with three trade references and one bank reference
What
are your terms?
ANSWER: Net 30 upon credit approval
for glue purchases. Equipment purchases require 1/3 with the
order, 1/3 upon receipt and 1/3 in thirty days. Rentals require
security deposits, amounts vary with machine.
Do
you sell to the public?
ANSWER: We sell to end users and
distributors.
Can
you send a sales person to my company?
ANSWER: In the Midwest we have direct
sales people. Outside of the Midwest we have distributors,
depending on the area.
Can
you ship outside the US?
ANSWER: Yes we can ship internationally.
Where
are you located?
ANSWER: We are in Itasca, IL
Can
you send me samples of your products?
ANSWER: Most items are available
as samples and equipment can be demonstrated at Chicago Glue
or on-site, depending on the machinery involved.
Can
you send me literature?
ANSWER: We have brochures ready
to go, just call or e-mail with your request.
Do
you have loaner machines or rentals?
ANSWER: Yes, check out the equipment
section on the web site.
My
gluing machine is down, can you either sell me parts or fix
my machine?
ANSWER: We have a large parts inventory
and a full service shop, visit the equipment section on the
web site.
How
many glue sticks to a pound?
ANSWER: Depending on the properties
of the glue it is safe to figure 18-22 sticks per pound.
